Why Extension Care Matters

In May 2019, FIH Ltd became licensee of the Flip-In Hair brand: a range of innovative, temporary, damage-free hair extension products, being wired hair extensions and the bungee ponytail.

The Flip-In Hair trademark and brand was established in 2007 and has sold into 48 countries to date. Designed for comfort, Flip-In Hair products have a unique layered design with a tapered finish for a natural look.

How to Care for Extensions

To keep your Flip-In Hair product in great condition for as long as possible, it is recommended to wash it as infrequently as possible. Before washing, gently brush through the hair to prevent tangling. When washing, apply a hair extension shampoo from root to tip, followed by conditioner applied in the same manner to maintain the quality of the hair.

Your Flip-In Hair can be styled using heated appliances, but always apply a heat protector before styling to safeguard the hair from damage.

When not in use, store straight hair by hanging it up using the provided hanger, while wavy hair should be laid flat to avoid any unnecessary distortion.

For safety reasons, do not wear your Flip-In Hair while swimming or sleeping. For safety reasons, it is not recommended for young children due to potential hazards. Any colour treatments or modifications to the product will void the warranty, so be sure to keep it as is for optimal performance.
